Different Contribution Limits for HCEs 
Description
Feature EECGR "Employee Compensation Group" is now used to create different employee contribution groups for highly compensated employees (HCEs). This feature reads the HICMP "Highly compensated" indicator of Infotype 0375 "HCE Information" to determine which group an employee belongs to.
When configuring saving plans, you can use this feature to set different limits for the HCEs group. This approach allows you to set different limits for different plans.
Change system parameters in customizing
Feature EECGR "Employee Compensation Group" replaces the following constants used in previous releases to set limits on the amount/percentage of contributions for highly compensated employees:
- HASPL Limit on the percentage of after-tax 401(k) contribution for HCEs
- HPSPL Limit on the percentage of pre-tax 401(k) contribution for HCEs
- HASAL Limit on the amount of after-tax 401(k) contribution for HCEs
- HCSTA Limit on the amount of pre and post-tax 401(k) contribution for HCEs
- HPSAL Limit on the amount of pre-tax 401(k) contribution for HCEs
