: Personnel Register 
Description
As of Release 4.5B the Personnel Register is included in Belgian Payroll. This includes both the centralized register - for the whole company - as well as the decentralized register - for a single workplace.
There is however one limitation to the decentralized register. Only the centralized personnel register number is maintained by the system. The decentralized number is not yet foreseen, and therefore the central personnel register number will figure on the decentralized register.
The correct registration on these registers is done by introducing three new fields :
- Personnel register number on infotype Personal Data (P0002)
- Work at home on infotype Contract Data (B) (P0109)
- Workplace customer on infotype Contract Data (B) (P0109)

The report can be found in the Payroll Accounting Menu > Period-independent > Reporting > Personnel Register.
Change system parameters in customizing
No customizing is needed. This report only gathers information from
infotypes.
