Limits in the
Social Insurance corrections. 
Description
From release 45B on the declaration tape to the
Social Insurance
has been enhanced with the possibility of defining two (different)
limits, positive and negative, to decide whether a correction tape will
be sent or not.
These limits are the constants SVLIP and SVLIN (for the positive and
negative limit respectively) defined in table T511P.
