Description
Due to recent changes in the Belgian legislation concerning the declaration of pension advantages, the pensioners-functionality does not completly fulfil the legal requirements. The additional changes towards this functionality will be delivered through Legal Change Packages in the near future.
The infotypes should not be used until the legal changes have been delivered. The changes will otherwise need data conversion.
The changes (described in the legal guidelines of December 1998) include:
- A change in the identification of a pension
advantage :
An advantage used to be indicated by a referencenumber. The first 6 characters contain the Registration Number at the National Institute for Invalidity and Illness (RIZIV/INAMI) of the institution administering the pension advantage. The remaining 14 characters are a unique number per institution.
Pension advantages are now identified by a set of 5 key fields:
- Registration Number of the Institution
- Identification Number Social Security of the Beneficiary (INSZ-number)
- Number Pension File
- Periodicity of the advantage
- Code of the advantage
- New declaration elements:
- C4 : Cancellation of pension advantage
- C5 : Automatic transfer of pension advantage
- C9 : Request for information
- D4 : Cancellation of payment
- D5 : Transfer of payment
