Operating Concern and Using System Change Options 
Description
The global and client-specific settings for changing cross-client and client-independent objects are relevant for increasing the data security of the following transactions:
- Maintaining characteristics (KEA5)
- Maintaining value fields (KEA6) and
- Maintaining the operating concern (KEA0)
Change system parameters in customizing
The characteristics, value fields and data structure of an operating concern can only be changed if it is possible to change cross-client Customizing objects. However, it is possible to activate the data structure of an operating concern and to generate its environment independently of the system change options.
You can only change the attributes of an operating concern if the settings allow client-independent Customizing to be changed.
