New Developments to the Time Statement 

Description

As of Release 4.5A, two new functions are available for the time statement:

1. You can display information on absence and attendance quotas in the time statement. This allows you to supply information to your employees on their current quota statuses such as leave entitlements, the quota used and the quota remainder. Until now, this information was displayed in a separate block at the end of the form.

You can now display cumulated quotas that can be deducted within a time evaluation at a position of your choice.

For example, you can position the quota status in the form header.

2. You can use the include RPTMOD00 to define customer-specific conversions for the data display. Until now, this function was not possible for formatting wage types and time balances, but can now be used on all display fields.
To be able to use this enhanced function, you must be familiar with ABAP/4 programming.

Change system parameters in customizing

You can set the quota information to be displayed in the time statement using the Format overview of totals step.
