When you record time transfer specifications using infotype 2012, you
change manually the time balances, wage types and absence quotas that have been determined by the system.
You can specify minimum and maximum values that a time type should have
after it has been transferred from another time type. This is done in Customizing.
In Release 4.5A, the minimum and maximum values that are validated for time transfers have been extended from 3 places before the decimal point to 4 places before the decimal point.
This allows you to transfer higher values between time types. This can be of use when you transfer legacy data, manage annual working time accounts or set up a time account, for example.
If necessary, modify the transfer types in the
Define rules for transfer to time types step.
