Attendance Quotas (infotype 2007) can be deducted online using time data maintenance or via time evaluation.
To guarantee an error-free recalculation, the quota taken that is updated by time evaluation must not be changed manually. As of Release 4.5A, you must therefore determine in Customizing whether each attendance quota is to be updated by time evaluation or by the manual entry of a record in the Attendances infotype.

step whether it is deducted online or by time evaluation.
