Description

The Transaction "Communications Parameters" (PT41) has been revised.

1. A log is stored in the new Transaction "Subsystem Connection" (PT80) which you can find by choosing Time management -> Administration -> Environment -> Subsystem connection.

In the Time Recording Info infotype (0050) there is an additional step Grouping attendance/absences and employee expenditures to maintain.

Balances queried at the time recording terminals can be displayed in Hour/minute format as well as in hours and in industry minutes.

Change system parameters in customizing

To continue using the previous version of CC1, enter the value 1 in the Communication Channel: Current version section in the Specify communication parameters step of the Implementation Guide (IMG) for Personnel Time Events (General Settings).

In the Maintain wage types step, enter the permitted employee expenditures in the Groupings for employee expenditures at the subsystem section. You can also define the permitted time/measurement units. The units (HR units) are defined in the Customizing step Time/measurement unit in the IMG for Personnel Administration.

The report XPRA must be started for conversion to take place.

Changes to the interface

In the Time Management area menu, the menu entries Time recording system and Logistics are now located under Environment to Subsystem connection . By selecting this menu item, the new Transaction "Subsystem Connection" (PT80) is called up. Here the log and all of the other upload and download reports for CC1 and integration with Logistics are grouped here.
