EHS Release 2.2B: Alteration of Characteristics on Substance Lists This release note describes the changes

This release note describes the changes made in EH&S release 2.2B, as compared with EH&S release 2.2A.

Description
For EH&S release 2.2B check table TCG81 (substance lists) has been
allocated as a value check for the following characteristics:
- Substance characteristic category: Occupational threshold limit values
Characteristic: Basis of thresh. limit values (SAP_EHS_1023_006_BASE)
- Substance characteristic category: CMR Classification
Characteristic: Basis of CMR classification (SAP_EHS_1023_007_BASE)
- Substance characteristic category: Biological exposure indices
Characteristic: Basis of biol. exposure index (SAP_EHS_1023_008_LIMIT_BASE)
- Substance characteristic category: Labelling
Characteristic: Basis of labelling (SAP_EHS_1023_001_BASE)
- Substance characteristic category: Labelling of special preparations
Characteristic: Basis of specific labelling (SAP_EHS_1023_002_BASE)
- Substance characteristic category: Classification
Characteristic: Basis of classification (SAP_EHS_1023_004_BASE)
- Substance characteristic category: Water pollution

Installation information
You can use conversion report RC1XP22B for characteristic values that have already been assigned. Proceed as follows:
1. Determine which phrases you have assigned to the characteristics mentioned above.
2. For each phrase, enter the applicable substance list in the Note
field in the phrase header. You determine the permitted substance lists, for example, from the IMG activity 'Specify substance
lists'.
3. To start the report, choose Tools -> ABAP Workbench and then Development -> ABAP Editor
from the R/3 main menu.
4. In the Program field, enter the report RC1XP22B.
5. Choose Program -> Execute.
The report replaces the previous characteristic values with the corresponding values from the Note
field.
You can start the report more than once.
