The management of electronic account statements was expanded via the archiving object FI_ELBANK to allow archiving and reloading.
The choice of electronic account statements on archiving and reloading is reduced by selection using company code, entry date, application or short key.
With archiving as well as reloading there is the possibility for a Test run . The selected data is displayed in the list overview. Changes will not however be carried out on the database or in the archive.
Via the selection of Detail data you receive detailed information about the status of each data record selected.
An account statement may be archived when it has been completely updated, i.e., posting activities 1 and 2 have been carried out according to posting rules.
The archiving object FI_ELBANK contains the possibility of creating an archive index, if this is set in technical customizing.
