In this step, you specify what attendance types (instructor function or event attendance) in Training and Event Management (PE) are incompatible with attendance and absence types in Time Management (PT).
When you plan business events or make attendance bookings, persons for whom an absence record exists in PT in the period of the business event are not allowed as instructors or attendees.
You can specify the following incompatible absence types for instructor function
The entry $$$$ in the Attendance/absence type field stands for days off according to shift schedule. This means that neither business event attendance nor instructor function are allowed on days off.
Specify the absence types that are incompatible with business event attendance and instructor function.
You can override the settings you make under $$$$ per business event type as required. You would do this if you want to allow an attendee to attend a business event on a day off (on a Saturday, for example).
