Integration with Recruitment in partner systems 

Description

If, in addition to the R/3 Personnel Administration component, your enterprise uses an applicant data administration system by another provider, SAP can offer you an interface for data transfer between both systems.

The integration consists of two parts:

• You can export vacant positions from the SAP R/3 System into the partner system. This may involve the transfer of various additional data such as the position's organizational unit, the relevant manager etc.

• You can import applicant data from the partner system into the Personnel Administration component of the SAP R/3 System. This involves transferring data such as personal data, address, education etc.

Software/hardware requirements

The partner enterprise must support the interface for your environment (versions, operating systems).
