Change in Off-Cycle Activities

Scope of Functions

The off-cycle workbench interface was changed for Release 4.6A. All information on the respective off-cycle function (for example, Payroll or Replace ) is summarized on one screen. The function can be executed without changing screens.

New tables are used within the off-cycle activities. You can use these to make default settings that make light work of the administratorīs daily job. The following tables are new:

• T52OCP Default Wage Types For Displaying Payroll Results
  In this table, you can, depending on the off-cycle reason, determine which wage types of the payroll result are displayed, in which order, after a payroll run in the off-cycle workbench.

• T52OCW Default Values for Bonus Run - Off-Cycle Workbench
  In this table, you can, depending on the off-cycle reason, determine which wage types are suggested to the administrator in the Create payments group when he/she makes a bonus payment.

Batch subsequent processing is started using reports RPUOCP00 and RPUOCR00. On the report selection screen, you must specify the process model that should be used to execute subsequent processing. The HR process workbench provides a history of the processes already executed.

Effects on Customizing

You can make the settings described for table T52OCP, in the Implementation Guide (IMG) for Payroll under Off-Cycle Activities -> Specify Default Values for Payroll Results, and for table T52OCW under Off-Cycle Activities -> Specify Default Values for Wage Types .
