The logic in the balance check made when the system statuses Closed and Flagged for deletion are set in billing elements has changed for Release 4.6A.
If you set one of these system statuses for a billing element with results analysis keys but no capital investment profile, the system issues a warning if the balance is not zero. However, you can still archive the billing element.
A modification is available for you to change the checking logic for closing billing elements in earlier releases. For more details, see Note 138723.
