Creating Offers 

You can create an offer also by means of the master data of an application.

  1. Starting from the initial screen, choose Accounting ® Real estate management ® Rental ® Offer ® Create.

    2. Depending on the parameter setting in Customizing, you can assign the number of the lease-out either externally or internally.

  2. Specify the rental unit for which an offer is to be created.
    You have two possibilities to create an offer:

    without Application

    If you specify a previously created application in the Application field, then the partner from the application is automatically assigned to the offer

    If you have not assigned a rental request and/or another usage type (than that of rental unit), you receive a warning message. You can ignore this by pressing ENTER

    If you leave the Application field empty, you have to create a new partner as applicant

  3. To continue editing, press ENTER .
    You return to the offer editing screen.

    4. How the offer is edited depends on the master data of a lease-out.

    You have defined certain statuses for the offers in Customizing for Real Estate

    You can specify a status in the Status field. The status is later used for evaluation (F4 help and information system)

    You want to create a reference offer

    Enter your reference offer in the Status field

  4. Save your offer.
