This R/3 System integrated Human Resources component processes data from the Personnel Administration module and generates wage types and amounts to be used in the payroll’s net component.

It also allows you to determine the employee’s gross wage based on relevant legal and contractual prerequisites.

The Gross component is totally integrated with the Personnel Administration SAP module and with the components that are part of the Benefits section.
