Change Rule in the Recipe Profile

Until now, you were unable to specify the change rule for a master recipe in the recipe header before you actually created the recipe. Provided that an appropriate change number was used, this change rule could also be revoked later.

You can now ensure that a change rule is used consistently by assigning the change rule and, if required, the corresponding change type in the recipe profile. This means the following for recipe maintenance:

Effects on Customizing

If you want to make sure that your change rules are used consistently, assign the change rules, and if required, the corresponding change types to the relevant recipe profiles in Customizing. In existing master recipes, this setting takes effect the next time you change the change rule or change type in the recipe header.
