You have the option of displaying revenue recognition documents that have been created in the revenue recognition process using standard document flow functionality.

It is possible to display document flow in the header and in the item.

To display document flow, choose, for:

• Sales orders

• Contracts

The following are shown for information:

• the sales document number and item number
• the collective processing number from revenue recognition list processing.
• the status ‘implemented’

You can get more detailed information by branching from the document flow display directly into the financial accounting document.

You can use the report SDRRAV51 (transaction VF45) to obtain the following information for a document such as a contract:

• what has already been carried out?
• what still has to be carried out?
• what has already been billed?
