To delete payment advice notes, choose Document entry ® Payment advice ® Delete. You will already have defined in the IMG how many days an advice note must remain in the system before it can be deleted. This will depend on the type of advice note.

The system automatically deletes payment advice notes which are used successfully during payment clearing.
