SD - Displaying Archived Sales and Distribution Document Data (SAP AS)

Scope of Functions

You can use this function to display archived sales and distribution document data at any time. This function is available as from Release Release 3.0D via sapservX-Transport (see note 140652). The SAP Archiving Information System SAP AS is a prerequisite (see note 99388).

SAP AS allows you to display data from the following archived sales and distribution documents:

In the SAP system field catalogs are made available for each archiving object. In these catalogs, fields are specified for the following sales and distribution document tables:

You can select the fields from this field catalogue, from which you want to carry out Retrieval via SAP AS. The selected fields are put together for each archiving object in an archiving information structure. Using the information in the archiving information structure, you can look at the corresponding individual document from the archive.
