Setting the Basic Settings 

You now check to see whether the material stock required to run this demo is available in the warehouse.

  1. On the SAP R/3 screen, choose Logistics ® Materials management® Inventory management.
  2. On the Inventory Management screen. choose Environment ® Stock ® Stock overview.
  3. On the Stock Overview: Company Code/Plant/Storage Location/Batch screen, enter the following data:

  1. Choose Execute.

    2. On the Stock Overview: Company Code/Plant/Storage Location/Batch screen, you see your material stock.

  2. If a minimum stock level of 20 pieces does not exist, return to the Inventory Management screen and post the necessary stock.
  3. On the Inventory Management screen, choose Goods movement ® Goods receipt ® Other.
  4. On the Enter Other Goods Receipts: Initial Screen enter the following data:

  5. Choose Enter.
  6. On the Enter Other Goods Receipts: New Items screen, enter the following data:
