1. The system displays the SAP R/3 System screen.
2. Select Accounting à Controlling à Cost Centers.
3. On the Cost Center Accounting screen, select Planning à Cost element/activity input à Change.
4. On the Planning Cost Element/Activity Inputs Change: Initial Screen , enter the following data:

5. Select Overview Screen.
6. On the Planning Cost Element/Activity Inputs Change: Overview Screen, select the first line and then select Delete.
7. Confirm the following Delete Data dialog-box with Yes, so that the planned data are deleted.
8. Afterwards select Post, to save your new planning.
9. You also processed a service-dependent planning which has to be deleted as well. Confirm the following data:

10. Select Overview Screen.
11. On the Planning Cost Element/Activity Inputs Change: Overview Screen, select the first line and then select Delete.
12. Confirm the following dialog-box with Yes, so that the planned data are deleted.
13. Afterwards select Post, to save your new planning.
14. Return to the main SAP R/3 System screen.
15. Select Accounting à Controlling à Internal Orders.
16. On the Internal Orders screen, select Planning à Cost element/activity input à Change.
17. On the Planning Cost Element/Activity Inputs Change: Initial Screen, enter the following data:

18. Select Overview Screen.
19. On the Planning Cost Element/Activity Inputs Change: Overview Screen, select the first line and then select Delete.

21. Afterwards select Post, to save your new planning.
22. Return to the main SAP R/3 System screen.
