Investment Management (IM)An EIS aspect (EIS = Executive Information System) consists of characteristics (for example, organizational units) and key figures (such as, planned values, actual values). It generally takes on essential information from operational systems in a summarized form. You can then execute reports for this data easily and flexibly. It is also possible to drill down to operational SAP R/3 Systems via reporting interfaces. This means that you can branch directly from a report to other evaluations to analyze the values displayed.
The principle of report to report navigation is simple. You select a line in the current report that you would like to analyze in more detail. Then choose the report-report navigation icon or choose Goto ® ... to call up the related report.
