Releasing a Plan Scenario for Budget Planning 

  1. Select Human resources ® Personnel management ® Personnel costs.
  2. In the Personnel Cost Planning screen, select Planning ® Release.
  3. In the Releasing a Plan Scenario screen, select the scenario that you saved earlier and press Check. The following message appears: Plan scenario is consistent and can be released.
  4. Press Back.
  5. Select your plan scenario and press Release. The following message appears: Caution: Cannot be released. Press Continue. The message Plan scenario released appears.

    6. You can still make changes once the scenario has been released. These changes are accepted when you release the modified version.

  6. End the procedure and return to the main SAP R/3 screen.
