Resuming Planning That Has Been Completed 

  1. Select Human resources ® Personnel management ® Personnel costs.
  2. In the Personnel Cost Planning screen, select Planning ® Administration.
  3. In the Plan Scenario Administration screen, you can select the plan scenario that you have already saved.
  4. Select Display. The system displays the List Printout of Scenario Groups dialog box. Under Data Selection, select ‘Cost object’ and ‘Cost element’.
  5. Select a view. The plan scenario is displayed with the following information:
  6. o Personnel costs per organizational unit

    o Personnel costs per cost center

    o Personnel costs per job/position

    o Positions/jobs per organizational unit

    o Org. units/positions/jobs per cost center

    o Cost element per organizational unit

    o Cost element per position/job

    o Cost element

  7. Press Back.
  8. On the Plan Scenario Administration screen, select Goto ® Change scenario grp.
  9. In the Change Scenario Group screen, select your plan scenario and select Change. In the Personnel Costs per Cost Center screen, your plan scenario is displayed. You can continue with your planning.
  10. If you have saved several scenarios, you can load one of these scenarios as a reference. To do this, press Ref. plan. In the Choose Reference Planning screen, select the desired scenario and select Load.
  11. End the procedure and return to the main SAP R/3 screen.
