The initial screen allows you to make settings for subsequent evaluations.
Select
®
HRIS.

If you call the Human Ressource Information System for the first time a dialog box appears. Select Enter.
Mark in the field Graphical display the value Organizational units.
In the field Organizational unit select the arrow for the matchcode search.
If a dialog box appears select Structure search.
Select Continue.
On the
Choose Organizational unit
dialog box branch out
IDES AG.
Mark Exec. director -Germany.
Select Choose.
Select Defaults.
In the dialog box you can set the data parameters as well as general information regarding the evaluation time period.
Select Continue.
Select on the
HRIS: Access Object
screen the arrow for the matchcode search next to the
View field.
The R/3 System displays the views available for graphics display.
Mark the Training view and select Choose.

Notify how the screen changes in the Graphical display and Initial screen areas.
Repeat step 10, but select Standard view for the rest of the procedure.
Mark the Organizational units field in the Graphical display area.
Enter the following data:

Select Execute.
The
HRIS: Access Object screen
displays the graphical organizational structure of the enterprise.The
Reporting
screen displays all evaluations which you can start in the Human Resources Information System. The
Defaults button provides the same function as that on the initial screen. In the following, an evaluation is selected to show the general procedure within the Human Resources Information System. Use the same procedure to select any other evaluation.
Maximize the
HIS: Access Object
screen with the Grafical Organization Structure Plan.Within the second hierarchy level of the organizational plan, select
FI for the Finance and Administration - (D) section.Within the sections of the
Reporting
screen, select
Organization.
The lower half of the
Reporting
screen displays all task functions contained in this area.Mark Staffing assignment and select Help.
The R/3 System displays documentation on the selected evaluation report.
Select back.
With a double-click on the Staffing assignment field start the evaluation report.
You can get further and detailled information on the
Staffing Schedule
screen starting the staffing schedule plan
.You can scroll to receive further information. For example select the field Travel Expenses (D).Select Choose detail.
In addition to a complete listing of all positions assigned to this organizational unit and the corresponding employees in those positions, the R/3 System displays the target and actual working times, as well as the corresponding staffing percentage on the
Detail: Display
screen.Return to the initial screen.
You can now display detailed information for any other organizational unit.
Return to the
HRIS: Access Object
screen and mark on the
Reporting
screen the value
Administration.
In the field Task functions select with a double-click the value Employee list.
On the
Employee Directory
screen you can see all employees assigned to the organizational unit FI (Finance and Administration - (D)). This directory can either be exported into MS Word or MS Excel or be send directly to a manager (e.g. User WF-HR-1, Sebastian Schulz).
Return to the main
SAP R/3
screen.
Logon with the User WF-HR-1 (Sebastian Schulz) and the password Welcome.
Select Office à
Inbox.
You can now have a look at the Employee Directory list.
Return to the main
SAP R/3
screen.
End of process chain
