Checking Status of a Leave Request 

Now the trip costs administrator can check in his/her inbox to see if the leave request was completely approved, partially approved or if it was rejected.

  1. Select the user WF-HR-A as the Trip Costs Administrator and log on using the password Welcome.
  2. If the message appears that you have an unread document in your inbox, select Continue.

  3. From the main SAP R/3 System screen, select Office ® Inbox.
  4. On the Workflow Inbox [user name] screen, place the cursor on the line Leave from 19.05.1999 to 19.05.1999 was approved.
  5. Select Execute.
  6. You reach the Display Absences [Infotype 2001] screen. You can see the leave request previously approved by the head of the department and unlocked by the personnel administrator.

  7. Select Back.
  8. The dialog box User Confirmation is displayed.

  9. Select Complete processing of step.
  10. Return to the main SAP R/3 System screen.
