Checking the Payroll Results 

  1. On the Payroll for Germany screen select Tools ® Payroll result ® Display.
  2. On the Display Cluster RD (Payroll Results for Germany) screen, enter the following data:

    1051 ( Barbara Fischer )

    Period for for-periods

    1st day of the current month

    to last day of the current month

    Status indicator

    A (current record)

    List of payroll records

    Marked

    Choose individual tables

    Marked

  4. Select Execute.
  5. Place the cursor on the line with the current payroll results and select Choose.
  6. In the following list of payroll tables, select tables WPBP (work center/basic pay), RT (results table), CO (cost distribution) and C1 (cost distribution from various infotypes).
  7. Select Choose.
  8. The list displayed contains a representative section of the payroll database.
  9. WPBP: contains all payroll-relevant values from master data, for example, company code, cost center, pay scale feature. These are displayed in a shortened form.

    RT: contains all wage types and amounts.

    C0, C1: contain information on the cost distribution.

  10. Select System ® List ® Find.
  11. In the dialog box, enter the following data:

    Search for

    M140 (the wage type previously assigned to the employee as the standard pay rate)

  13. Select Find.
  14. In the dialog box, position the cursor on the line, and select Position cursor.
  15. You can now see the wage type, the name and the respective amount. You can also see the value 0001 under the CA (controlling area) title.

  16. Select Next page.
  17. You can now see tables CO and C1. Take note of the cost assignment in both tables. You can see that cost center 2200 has been debited after the assignment in table 0001.

  18. Return to the main SAP R/3 screen.
