Displaying the Employee in the Reporting Structure 

  1. Select Human resources ® Organizational management.
  2. On the Organizational Management screen, select Reporting ® Organizational unit à Organizational structure. ® with persons.
  3. On the Organizational Structure with Persons screen, enter Hum* in the field search string.
  4. Select Execute.
  5. On the Structure Display/Maintenance screen, position the cursor on Human Resource Administration - (I) and select Structural graphics .
  6. On the Graphic structure maint. screen, increase the size of the graphic you are viewing as required and select Detail <->Overview. This gives you an overview of your selected structure and the persons belonging to it.
  7. Select View Options a dialog box appears.
  8. Under Design select Type-oriented.
  9. Select Continue.
  10. Return to the SAP R/3 screen .
