Reviewing the System Configuration for Configurable Services 

This scenario demonstrates the key system configuration requirements for configurable and configured services.

Before You Start

A configurable and a configured service material have been created for use in service contracts. The configurable service has been linked to characteristics that define the configurable attributes of the service. Dependency knowledge has been defined to trigger pricing surcharges for specific characteristic values and these have been linked into the configurable service (via object dependencies).
