Checking the Inbound Delivery in a Central System 

Once the completed putaway has been confirmed, the inbound delivery is distributed to the central system (client 800) and posted there with the relevant goods receipt quantity.

  1. In the central system, choose Logistics ® Logistics execution ® Inbound delivery.
  2. On the Inbound Delivery screen, choose Inbound delivery ® Display.
  3. On the Display Inbound Delivery screen, enter your inbound delivery number, then confirm your entry.
  4. Check the different statuses of the inbound delivery.

  5. On the Display Shipping Notification: Overview screen, select an item of the inbound delivery and choose Item details.
  6. On the Shipping Notific. Create: Item – Detail screen, you can see the putaway status of the item. The putaway process is now complete, which is why the goods movements status now shows as Completed.

  7. Choose Header ® Details.
  8. On the Shipping Notific. Create: Header – Details screen, you can see the distribution status of the decentralized warehouse processing. The status for the decentralized warehouse is now Confirmed.

  9. Return to the SAP R/3 screen.
