Personnel Development from an Organizational Unit's Point of View 

  1. Select Human Resources ® Personnel Management ® Personnel Development.
  2. On the Personnel Development screen, select For organizational unit.
  1. In the Possible Entries via … dialog-box, select Structure search and then select Continue.
  2. In the Choose Organizational Unit dialog-box, select IDES AG ® Exec.director - Germany and double-click on Human Resources (D).
  3. On the Planning for Organizational Unit screen, the system R/3 displays the department Human Resources and all its subordinate departments.
  1. On the Planning for Organizational Unit screen, tick Director of Human Resources, select Personnel administration (D) and then select Edit ® Expand all.
  2. Select the position Manager of HR Administration (D) and also select e. g. the person Alexander Rickes.

  3. Select Comparison for a profile matchup.
  4. Return to the main SAP R/3 System screen.
