Earnings Report (HBRCCED0) 

Use

This report contains data on the annual earnings of employees, specifying the amounts withheld for income tax. The employer is obliged to provide the employees with this data.

Requirements

The SAPscript HR_BR_CEDULA_CO form must be configured in advance.

Procedure

  1. Choose from the Brazil payroll menu Subsequent activities ® Annual ® Year end ® Earnings Report.
  2. The report’s selection screen appears.
  3. Complete the fields with the requested data.
  4. Run the report.

Result

Edition of the legal document "Statement of Earnings Paid and Income Tax Withheld at Source", containing all information required by government authorities.
