Single Record Entry of Trip Costs and Transfer of Trip Costs Accounting for Payment via Payroll Accounting
With receipt entry you can quickly record trips which only involve flat rates for miles/kilometers and receipts. All of this data can be entered in a single window, which makes it unnecessary to navigate between windows. You can however still enter further data, such as deductions due to gratuitous entertainment or stopovers, in the respective windows. The following example illustrates the entry of a several-day domestic trip with receipts and two stopovers. The results of trip costs accounting are transferred to payroll accounting directly afterward for payment via payroll.
