Cumulations and Results in Group Incentive Wages 

  1. Select Human resources ® Time management ® Incentive wages.
  2. On the Incentive Wages screen, select Time tickets ® Maintain.
  3. On the Incentive Wages: Maintain Incentive Wages screen, enter the following data:

  4. Press Enter.
  5. Press Enter to confirm the message that is displayed if the accounting period has changed.
  6. On the Incentive Wages: Maintain Incentive Wages screen, select Goto ® Cumulations.

    The standard cumulations for the whole period are shown under day 00, and the standard cumulations for each day under days 01 to 31 (only if there are time tickets for the day).

    The Confirmed value column contains the cumulated confirmed values for the person time tickets, and the Target value column contains the cumulated target values for the quantity time tickets. The Result column contains the percentage labor utilization rate, as determined from the group’s premium formula.

    Please note that the confirmed values of foreman time tickets are also included in the confirmed values, just as the target values of foreman time tickets are included in the target values.

  7. Press Results types.

    Result contains the group result for the period. The result in the example is a labor utilization rate of 130%.
