Cumulations and Results in Individual Incentive Wages 

  1. Select Human resources ® Time management ® Incentive wages.
  2. On the Incentive Wages screen, enter Time tickets ® Maintain.
  3. On the Maintain Incentive wages screen, enter the following data:

  5. Select Enter.
  6. If you change the entry period a dialog box may appear.

  7. Select Enter.
  8. On the Maintain Incentive wages screen, select Goto ® Summarizations .
  9. On the Maintain Cumulations screen, enter the following data :

    100 = Target/actual with setup time (default value if you have already set this formula as the employee’s premium formula)

    In the upper part of the cumulations tab page you see the cumulations for the entire period, and days 01 to 31 include the cumulations for each individual day (if time tickets have been entered for the day).

    The values of time-based time tickets are not included in the standard cumulations, and do not therefore affect the labor utilization rate of the individual days nor that of the period.

  11. Select the tab page Result types.
  12. On the Maintain Results types screen, the following data are displayed:

    100 = Target/actual with setup time (default value if you have already set this formula as the employee’s premium formula)

     

    Result contains the employee’s percentage labor utilization rate in individual incentive wages for the selected period. The Result types column in the list specifies the Results type "average", while the Value column contains the cumulated actual times for the time-based time tickets.

    Day 00 includes the cumulations for the entire period, and days 01 to 31 include the cumulations for each individual day (if time tickets have been entered for the day).

  14. Return to the main SAP R/3 screen.
