Entering Time Ticket 

In the following scenario, you enter a time-based time ticket and then a premium time ticket.

  1. Select Human resources ® Time Management ® Incentive wages.
  2. On the Incentive Wages screen, select Time tickets ® Enter.
  3. On the Incentive Wages: Enter Incentive Wages s creen, enter the following data:

  4. Select Enter.

    5. If you change the entry period a dialog box may appear.

  5. Select Enter.
  6. On the Enter Incentive wages screen select Screens ® Full Screen.
  7. On the Enter Time-related time tickets screen, enter the following data:

    First working day of the actual period

    Labor time from

    22:30

    Labor time to

    05:45

  8. Select Enter.

    9. A warning (W) appears at the foot of the screen.

  9. Select Enter to ignore the warning.

    10. A dialog box may then appear.

  10. Select Enter.

    11. The Enter Time-related time tickets screen you see the default wage type (ML 02) for the time ticket type "Time-based time ticket" and the confirmed value (7.250) as the duration.

  11. Select Save.

    12. The time ticket has been entered, and you can enter the next time ticket on the Incentive Wages: Enter Incentive wages screen.

  12. Select Screens ® Full Screen.
  13. On the Enter Incentive wages screen, enter the following data:

    You have now changed the time ticket type.

  14. Select Enter.

    15. A dialog box may appears.

  15. Select Enter.

    16. You now see a premium time ticket instead of a time-based time ticket.

  16. On the Premium time tickets screen, enter the following data:

  17. Select Enter.

    18. The labor time - target value (9) and result (110.000%) are determined. The result is determined using the premium formula (target / actual with setup time). The default wage type (ML01) for the time ticket type "premium time ticket" is entered in the time ticket.

  18. Select Save.

    19. The time ticket has been entered, and you can now enter the next time ticket on the full screen.

  19. Return to the main SAP R/3 System screen .
