The process steps described here can be varied using Customizing settings to meet enterprise-specific requirements. For example, you can run the demo without previously creating an order, or execute settlement immediately.

You can also use Customizing to define which fields are to be filled, and which entries are mandatory.

We do not describe the sales of bonds in this demo, as you can execute the relevant steps and entries using the same procedure. However, when you perform sales, you should use Customizing to avoid short sales and to ensure that stock is available.
