Settling and Completing the Service Order 

  1. On the SAP R/3 screen, choose Logistics ® Plant maintenance ® Maintenance processing.
  2. On the Maintenance Processing screen, choose Environment ® Order settlement ® Single.

    3. If the Set Controlling Area dialog box appears, enter the following data:

    On the Actual Settlement: Order screen, the system defaults your order number.

  4. Choose Execute.

    5. On the Actual Settlement: Detailed List screen, you see the costs and the cost center to be charged.

  5. Choose Exit.
  6. On the Maintenance Processing screen, choose Orders ® Change.

    7. On the Change Order: Initial Screen , the system defaults your order number.

  7. Confirm the order number.
  8. On the Change Maintenance Order XXXX: Central Header screen, choose Complete (business).
  9. In the Complete dialog-box, choose Complete.
  10. Return to the SAP R/3 screen.
