Entering the Measurement Reading

  1. On the SAP R/3 screen choose Logistics ® Plant maintenance ® Technical objects.
  2. On the Technical Objects screen, choose Environment ® Measuring points ® MeasReading entry list ® Display.
  3. On the Measurement Reading Entry List: Display screen, you see your entry list number in the MeasReading entry list field.

  4. Delete the entry.
  5. Choose F4 input help.
  6. In the Restrict Value Range dialog box, choose Continue.
  7. In the Number of Entry List dialog box, you see all the existing measurement reading entry lists.

  8. Position your cursor on entry list (2. BIO. PURIFICATION), then choose Copy.
  9. On the Measurement Reading Entry List: Display screen, choose Enter.

  11. To enter the individual measurement readings, choose Environment ® Enter measurement readings.
  12. Generally, you enter individual counter readings. However, to avoid entering counter readings that are too low, in this example you only enter a counter reading difference. You can only enter a measurement value for the operating temperature of the electrical pump motor (Equipment: M-1000-N053, measuring point: 10241), as this is not a counter.
