Delivering the Sales Order 

The ordered pumps are now available in the finished goods warehouse and can be delivered to the customer. The system posts a goods issue.

  1. Select SAP R/3 System screen Logistics ® Sales and distribution ® Shipping.
  2. On the Shipping screen, select Outbound delivery ® Create.
  3. On the Create Outbound Delivery screen, enter the following data:

  4. Confirm your entries.
  5. The system displays the overview screen of the quantity to be delivered. Select your item.
  6. On the Delivery Create: Overview - Quantities screen, select Outbound delivery ® Save a subseq.func. ® Transfer Order.

    7. The system confirms that the Delivery XXXX has been saved.

  7. On the Create Transfer Order for Delivery Note: Initial Screen , enter the following data:

  8. Confirm your entries.

    9. The system creates a transfer order for picking the delivery quantities. The option 2 (Adopt pick.quantity) has the effect that the goods issue posting for the delivery is done at the same time.

  9. Return to the main SAP R/3 screen.
