In this step, you make the system settings required to call up the structure overview for earned value analysis.
You can branch from the structure overview to individual overviews. The individual overviews, however, do not display any values for earned value analysis.
The profile contains various settings and subprofiles. You can maintain these:
The values for the settings determine how the selected objects are displayed in the overviews, for example, the width of the object and field columns and whether the objects are displayed with short texts.
The subprofiles contain profiles for fields that are to be displayed as well as profiles for grouping and sort criteria.
The subprofiles are default values that you can change in the information system at any time.
You can enter different variants for filtering the selected objects on the structure overview and the individual overviews:

You can only maintain objects for the structure overview profile.
Here you determine the objects which are displayed on the structure overview, for example, internally processed activities and capacity requirements.
In the standard SAP R/3 System, profiles are available for the structure overview.
You should use the SAP default settings first. In this case, you do not have to carry out any actions.
