You use this report to display the rooms that are to be supplied with beverages by a service in the selection period.

You should have already created the relationship "is supplied by" for the room.

You are on the Services: Initial Screen.

1. Enter the date. You have two options.
1. If you want to display the rooms reserved on a specific day, enter the start date. You do not need to enter an end date in this case.
2. If you want to display the rooms to be supplied within a particular period, enter both a start and an end date.
2. Enter the Service.
3. Choose Rooms to be supplied.

A list appears showing the rooms to be supplied each day.
