Displaying Totals 

You can have totals in any planning dimension. The standard setting for the totals indicator is No total for all planning dimensions.

  1. To change these totals rows, choose Settings ® Lead columns... on the EC-BP Planning Change: Cumulative Values screen.
  2. The dialog-box Display Lead Columns appears. It lists all planning dimensions and shows whether the totals are displayed or not. Choose Total for both Division and Product line and then choose Continue.
  3. You can see that the subtotals are displayed by Division and Product line.
  4. Choose Planning ® Exit.
  5. The dialog-box Exit data entry appears. Choose No so that the data is not saved and you can go through the scenario again.
  6. Return to the SAP R/3 screen.
