Overview variants for schedule and capacity overviews

In this step you can change the schedule and capacity overviews for time scheduling that are delivered in the SAP R/3 System.

You can specify:

• the objects to be displayed in the overview, for example, activities.

• the fields to be displayed per object, for example, dates or quantities.

Standard Settings

The following overviews and overview variants are available with the standard R/3 System:

• Schedule overview for the project (start/finish dates and forecast dates)

• Schedule overview for the overall scheduling of networks (start/finish dates and forecast dates)

• Schedule overview for subnetworks (start/finish dates and forecast dates)

• Capacity overview for the project

Activities

The following sections explain how to change the schedule and capacity overviews.

1. Specify objects

This section describes how to determine the individual objects you want to display in the overview.

2. Specify fields

This section describes how to select fields and determine the overview layout.

3. You can transport your settings. To do this, choose Table view -> Transport.
