Creation of Contribution Base Statements
Scope of Functions
The report RPCBGNA0
SI Contribution Base Statement GKK with Data Medium Exchange has been replaced by the new version
RPCBGNA1
. As before, you can still use electronic data exchange (ELDA) to notify the regional health insurance
funds [GKK] of the SI contribution bases. In addition, you can do the following:
- Format the created, internal list variably using the ABAP List Viewer
- Issue the official form as a SAPscript form (if required, you
can adapt the standard form to suit your needs).
- Create a change notification for notifications from past years
In addition, the new report uses the enhanced data model that was
implemented in release 4.6A. For detailed information, see the release note

In order to create contribution base statements using the new report,
you must make the appropriate Customizing settings (see below).
Effects on System Administration
Do not use the old version of the report any more. In the menu for Payroll Austria
, the call up for the old report has been replaced by the call up for the new report.
If you have created variants for the report RPCBGNA0, you can no
longer use them. Create new variants for the report RPCBGNA1.
Effects on Customizing
- If your system contains technical contribution groups other than the
standard ones delivered by SAP, you must assign the appropriate SI characteristics to these contribution groups. To do this, go to
Customizing for Personnel Administration under Payroll Data -> Social Insurance
. Perform the step
Check Contribution Groups.
- You must store the wage type your system uses to determine partial pay. To do this, go to Customizing for
Payroll Austria under Payroll for Administrations and Institutions -> Evaluations
for Regional Health Insurance Funds -> Make Settings for Contribution Base Notification. Perform
the step
Assign Wage Types for Partial Pay .
- In addition, you can adapt the standard SAPscript
form for the contribution base notification to suit your company's needs. To do this, go to Customizing for Payroll Austria
under Payroll for Administrations and Institutions -> Evaluations
for Regional Health Insurance Funds -> Settings for Contribution Base Notification. Perform the step
