Creating, Processing and Sending Documents (BC-SRV-OFC SAPoffice)

Use

This Internet Application Component makes it possible to access the functions of the SAPoffice mail and folder system. This enables you to communicate and spread information in your enterprise via the Web browser.

You can display documents and folders from the inbox, the outbox, private folders, shared folders, resubmissions and trash. All folders offer the option of sending documents or short messages. You can also create new documents and process existing documents.

Unlike in the R/3 System, although you can display and process documents of every class including their attachments, you can only create SAP editor documents. The full subfolder structure of a folder is not displayed, but individual levels through which you can then navigate.
