Define Price Lists
In this activity you can define the structure of your pricing reports.
Pricing reports are ABAP report lists that let you display condition records according to various criteria.
Activities
1. Create new pricing reports. To do so, proceed as follows:
2. Enter the title of the pricing report you want to create.
3. On the next screen, the system displays all the key fields that are
used for conditions in alphabetical order. Select all the key fields you want to see in your pricing report.
4. Choose "Edit -> Select tables". The system displays a dialog box in
which you can select the desired condition tables.
If you choose "Yes", the system only analyzes those condition tables
that contain all the selected key fields.
If you choose "No", all the condition tables that contain at least one
of the selected key fields are analyzed.
5. On the next screen, select all the condition tables that you want to analyze.
6. Choose "Position fields" to define the structure of the pricing report.
Note that the next screen displays all the key fields of the selected tables.
If you do not want to see all of these fields later in the report,
remove the "X" in the "Selection" next to the fields you do not want to see.
7. Choose "Format" to decide whether you want to see scales or periods of validity in the list.
