Uploading and Downloading Files
You can upload files into or download files out of the ABAP Editor. For example, you can write ABAP programs in a standard editor and then upload the file into your ABAP system. The Editor supports the following formats:

To upload a file, choose Utilities
® Upload/Download ®Upload. To download a file, choose Utilities ® Upload/Download ®Download.
